Job Title: AI Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable RAG systems for searching medical and scientific documents
* Collaborate with the development team to integrate RAG models into existing infrastructure
* Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of RAG models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RAG technology and implement new techniques as needed
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer
* Search Technology Experience – OpenSearch, building scalable search systems
* 2+ years of Python development experience, including API creation, model training, testing, and general backend programming
* Familiarity with LangChain for building LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval
* Strong communication skills – able to work independently while providing clear updates to the team
