Description
We are looking for a NetSapiens Engineer who lives and breathes VoIP architecture. As a key member of our Level 3 Technical Support team, you won't just be fixing tickets - you’ll be the ultimate escalation point and technical authority for our NetSapiens UCaaS ecosystem.
This is a unique hybrid role that blends deep platform engineering, infrastructure management, and high-stakes customer consulting. You’ll be the bridge between our internal development teams and our most valued reseller partners, ensuring that our communications backbone is performant, scalable, and resilient.
English fluency is a MUST for this role! Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered:

Responsibilities
* Configure, deploy, and maintain NetSapiens UCaaS platform environments.
* Troubleshoot complex NetSapiens routing, provisioning, and service delivery issues.
* Perform system optimization and performance tuning for the NetSapiens platform.
* Manage integrations between NetSapiens and third-party systems or carriers.
* Provide Level 3 technical support to customers and reseller partners, diagnosing escalated service issues.
* Elevate technical skills across internal teams through mentorship, training sessions, and documentation of procedures.
* Support internal development with NetSapiens API integrations and automated provisioning services.
* Oversee platform upgrades and maintenance procedures to ensure high availability.
* Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for critical data and voice services.
* Collaborate with sales engineering on complex implementations to transform technical requirements into actionable solutions.
* Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives for NetSapiens deployments using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with the NetSapiens platform (configuration, administration, and troubleshooting).
* Strong understanding of SIP protocol, VoIP call flows, and general telecom fundamentals.
* Expertise in network troubleshooting and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
* Experience with NetSapiens API and automation capabilities.
* Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and network security principles (DNS, NAT, firewalls).
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
* Telecom industry certifications or AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Data Engineer status are preferred.
