We’re looking for a Retail Client Manager who expects more from their career.
It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key Retail Clients, building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs. It’s an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our client, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.
What we expect from you:
Build and own strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders at the retailer.
Expand dunnhumby’s network across the retailer’s value chain and act as a trusted, collaborative advisor, deeply understanding the retailer’s strategy, customers, and commercial priorities.
Establish governance routines to ensure clear priorities, progress tracking, and two‑way feedback.
Identify high‑value opportunities where dunnhumby can support the retailer and shape the workplan accordingly, overseeing and driving delivery of the client workplan to ensure measurable value.
Spot upsell opportunities and support the full sales cycle through to contract.
Collaborate across the broader dunnhumby team to present a unified, integrated approach to the client.
Lead, coach, and performance‑manage the Retail Client team to deliver against account goals.
Mitigate risks, demonstrate dunnhumby’s values, and ensure team members have the required skills and training.
Measure value delivery regularly, including ROI analytics and client impact surveys.
Support contract renewal efforts and partner with the account lead to maximize renewal success.
Stay informed on global retail trends and share insights with client stakeholders.
Manage the account P&L, ensuring financial performance and value creation.
