About the Company
Go! Running Tours is a global leader in running‑based travel experiences. We work with major brands such as US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture and top running companies, delivering tours to runners worldwide.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2C and B2B markets.
Design, optimize and automate email marketing flows and newsletters.
Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, exploring new platforms as appropriate.
Analyze performance data, test initiatives, scale successful tactics, and report results.
Create compelling case studies, identify sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to attract new runners and corporate partners.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and other remote team members via Slack and weekly internal calls.
Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven marketing and automation.
Creative copy‑writing skills and ability to craft persuasive messaging across channels.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and paid media platforms.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Passion for running and bridging cultures through travel experiences.
Entry‑level or above; prior marketing experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
USD 1,400 a month, 25 hrs per week, managed through Upwork.
Work remotely with minimal meetings, allowing deep focus on execution.
There are no expectations for overtime; we value work‑life balance and performance over long hours.
