SAP Data Migration Expert
The Role
You will own and execute data migration activities across multiple release waves, working as a hands-on expert within a structured, milestone-driven programme. This is not a coordination role - you will be directly involved in the technical execution of migration activities from mock preparation through to hypercare.
Key Activities
* Preparation and execution of mock loads and production data loads
* Data verification test script execution and validation
* Value mapping preparation and sign-off
* Defect identification, triage, and resolution
* Dual maintenance template creation and execution
* Cutover blackout support including 24/7 availability during go-live windows
* Hypercare defect and change request management
* Regular stakeholder communication and issue escalation
What We Are Looking For
* Proven hands-on experience across the full SAP data migration lifecycle
* Strong knowledge of SAP BODS or comparable ETL tools
* Experience with mock loads, PDLs, DVTs, and value mapping in SAP environments
* Familiarity with cutover and hypercare processes
* Good stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is advantageous
* Based in or near São Paulo, Brazil
Contract Details
* B2B engagement running through to September 2026 - strong chance of extension
* Paid in USD (up to $40/hr)
* Mostly remote with occasional office visits when required
