* Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with a diverse team.

* Writing code with increasing quality and maintainability.
* Guiding the architecture of large features which impact all parts of the company, identifying issues and raising concerns/blockers for mitigation.
* Researching and introducing new technology to improve applications and/or the development pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience working with PHP with strong Front-End skills.
* Workflow Management, design, and implementation in all its stages.
* Collaboration with the development team in the achievement of technical challenges, code upgrades, working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners.
* Contribution to the preparation of technical documentation.
* Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other frameworks such as Angular and React.
* Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, Symphony is desirable.
* Advanced English level.
