Senior Project Manager
Overview of the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Develop and implement project plans, including user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Manage project budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Required Qualifications:
* Fluent in English with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
