About the Role
As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to clients by leveraging your technical knowledge, client-facing skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide new users through setup and best practices
* Document technical learnings and create documentation, tutorials, and sample projects
* Provide technical support via Slack, email, and meetings
* Collaborate with engineering to debug production issues
* Help users architect scalable and efficient deployments
* Lead customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&As
* Qualify candidates with 2+ years of developer-facing or technical support experience, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
