Puzzle Auto is redefining how dealerships connect with customers using cutting-edge AI-powered tools. We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive this mission forward.In this remote role, you’ll generate leads, build relationships, and support the sales team’s growth initiatives. It’s a great fit for a strategic thinker who thrives on making connections and delivering results.
Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting insightful market research, and delivering exceptional customer service to both prospects and existing clients.
This role is for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales and building meaningful relationships.

Identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, inbound follow-ups, and social selling.
Develop and execute creative sales strategies to drive pipeline growth.
Qualify leads through discovery calls and needs analysis.
Maintain a high volume of outreach while ensuring quality and personalization.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
Report on lead progress and sales performance using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Provide ongoing feedback to improve sales scripts, content, and process.

Must-Haves:

1–2+ years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the automotive tech or SaaS space.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g. Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
