Job Overview
The Service Delivery Management team is responsible for ensuring operational continuity of global business applications. As a Technical Support Leader, you will oversee initiatives requiring development in SAP ECC and S/4.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop best practices and operational processes for application development in SAP ECC and S/4.
* Collaborate with partners to define best practices and enforce security standards.
* Provide operational support to application/integration developments and contribute ideas for legacy apps to be included in the target architecture roadmap.
* Ensure developments or customizations in S/4 applications align with the Digital Decoupling strategy.
* Support automation initiatives to reduce incidents and improve self-service capabilities.
Key Qualifications
* Experience in ABAP and BASIS.
* Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
