10. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record).

11. Fluent in HubSpot or similar + Google Tag Manager.

12. Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo with proactive, zero-hand-holding approach.

13. Excellent copywriting skills to turn complex SaaS value props into compelling search ads.
