We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts.

Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth through effective campaign management, optimization, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Google Ads campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts with varying budgets.
">
2. Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data to improve campaign performance.
">
3. Launch and iterate experiments weekly to test ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
">
4. Lead-Quality Analytics:
">
5. Map lead-to-SQL-to-Revenue to identify key performance indicators.
">
6. Present insights to optimize waste and scale winning campaigns.
">
7. Client Strategy & Comms:
">
8. Run monthly reviews to set client expectations and pitch growth plays.
">
9. Must-Haves:
">
10. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record).
">
11. Fluent in HubSpot or similar + Google Tag Manager.
">
12. Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo with proactive, zero-hand-holding approach.
">
13. Excellent copywriting skills to turn complex SaaS value props into compelling search ads.
">
14. Independent thinker with expert-level communication skills.
">
15. Deal-Breakers:

16. No active Google Ads management in the last 90 days.
">
17. Never optimized with CRM/first-party data.
">
18. Need constant direction or silo-working mindset.
">
