This role acts as an interface between SCM and the wider business, working closely with internal stakeholders to align SCM needs, influence behaviors, and deliver value. The SCM BP is recognized as a source of SCM expertise and a change agent in implementing new processes.Key Performance AreasStrategy deployment: Supporting the deployment of SCM strategies relevant to business units.Business integration and execution: Delivering on internal customer requirements and priorities.Stakeholder relationship management: Serving as the primary contact and reference for the function.Business management and coordination: Aligning with cross-functional initiatives and fostering collaboration.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure strategic alignment of the BU and Shared Services/National SCM.Communicate the value proposition of 1RE SCM and ensure solutions to BU SCM issues.Identify opportunities to contribute SCM value to the BU.Liaise with business units to understand needs and priorities, synthesizing these to serve stakeholders better.Support the definition and contextualization of strategic and category strategies.Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and measure performance.Ensure adherence to SCM policies and ethical practices.Monitor and enforce compliance with SCM standards.Develop workload pipelines, escalate challenges, and influence senior stakeholders.Engage relevant teams early in projects to balance resource demands.Support procurement services and project delivery.Identify and mitigate supply risks.Support timely delivery and process planning.Lead or support projects between BU and SCM.Champion collaboration and showcase SCM value.Manage stakeholder demands and strengthen relationships.Advocate for procurement technology and support system utilization.Coordinate data management and support benchmarking.Oversee procurement activities for indirect and support needs.Prepare training budgets and support administrative functions.Support other departments and initiatives.Protect information assets per ISMS policies.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering.Experience leading or supporting strategic projects.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in procurement, contracting, and policy compliance.Minimum 5 years in supply chain management or related fields.At least 5 years of leadership experience.Position available in Calauan, Laguna.
