Overview
A sales development role awaits an ambitious professional to drive growth and achievement of sales targets in assigned accounts.
With a strong life science background, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of each account.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of growing business and expanding customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Rapidly grow and expand business in assigned accounts through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Act as the primary interface between customers and Novogene divisions, maintaining current knowledge and expertise on company products and services.
* Communicate efficiently and accurately with professionals within assigned accounts, leveraging Salesforce.com to document and track client-related information and sales opportunities.
Background & Qualifications
* Minimum BS degree in life sciences; advanced degrees or newly graduated candidates encouraged to apply.
* Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and molecular biology required.
* Prior sales and account management experience in biotech preferred.
* Deep understanding and network within assigned accounts beneficial.
* Independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual desired.
* Experience in Salesforce or other CRM software a plus.
* Degree in biology, biochemistry, or genetics required.
* Some sales experience essential.
* Availability to travel within Brazil required.
* Fluency in English necessary.
