Business Operations Manager
About the Role:
A key position within our organization seeks a skilled professional to lead end-to-end business operations, including data conversion and loading. This role requires expertise in SAP data conversion, with a focus on technical data preparation, conversion execution, defect management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end business operations, ensuring seamless data conversion and loading processes.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
* Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects, maintaining a high level of quality control.
* Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, promoting adherence to business operations best practices and standards.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a related data management role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
