Job Overview
This position involves providing technical expertise in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications to support the organization's goals.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Technical knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
* Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
* Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the solution/designing the mechanism for end-to-end solutioning.
* Hands-on experience in Migration (on-premise to Cloud/Cross Cloud/Cross DC's).
