Commercial Director - Brazil
Seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to spearhead our team in Brazil.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing a clear strategy for new business sales growth in Brazil, driving increased sales, revenue, and market share across the automotive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for new business sales in Brazil
* Deliver significant increases in sales, revenue, and market share across the automotive sector
* Review the capabilities of the existing local sales team and create development plans to enhance their performance
* Lead and coach the local Sales team to drive commercial success forward
* Establish new market potential and implement analysis and response for key regional competition
Requirements:
* University degree level or equivalent experience developed in a related business area
* At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in (or selling to) OEMs, retailers, or Tier 1 suppliers
* Product planning, pricing, and automotive retail experience is highly desirable
* International experience is an added advantage
* Strong consultative/solutions B2B sales experience with a successful sales background in SAAS, software, data, and technical solutions
* Proven track record in key national account management and global account management
* Experience in prospecting and selling to C-suite/ executive management is essential
Reporting Structure:
The Commercial Director for Brazil will report directly to the Regional Director for Latin America.
