Palo Alto Networks is a leading cybersecurity provider seeking an experienced professional to drive progress and resolution of customers' critical issues.
* About the Role:
o The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in addressing critical situations, communicating issue status to executive staff, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue Resolution:
o Ownership for driving progress and resolution of customers' critical issues
* Cross-Functional Leadership:
o Engage and lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of action plans to address critical situations
* Critical Issue Communication:
o Effectively communicate critical issue status to executive staff, sales teams, and other invested parties
Qualifications:
* Languages:
o Fully fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish both written and verbal
* Experience:
o 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles
* Prior Experience:
o Past experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager, Technical Account Management, Engineering Management, Customer Support Management, or similar roles desired
* Skills:
o Customer centric attitude and focus on providing best-in-class service for customers and collaborators
o Strong capacity for Influencing, negotiating, and delegating efforts
