About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Administrator to lead our affiliate marketing efforts. This role will involve managing partner communications, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for end of week, month, and year deliverables.
* Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
* Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
* BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
* KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
* Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.
* Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for provided publisher lists.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
* Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools.
* Experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.
* Ability to work in any US timezone or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with global teams.
