- As a Strategic Account Manager, you are responsible for:
- Working with regional leadership to profile, select and prioritize targeted strategic and key end user accounts-
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key corporate level personnel in assigned customer accounts while building broad organizational awareness at each account-
- Acting as the Hypertherm ambassador for assigned accounts, advocating for the needs of assigned accounts within our organization-
- Proactively participating in joint company account planning and assessment process-
- Conducting account and location evaluations and assessments to develop proposal and project plans for each account.-
- Leveraging, organizing and directing all necessary resources to execute project plans and drive opportunities to successful completion-
- Developing, maintaining, and executing an account strategy and plan-
- Delivering a highly distinctive and customized value proposition for strategic end users which provides optimal cutting operations and contributes to increased value stream efficiency, productivity, and overall cost reduction-
- Pull demand through and work with associated Channel Partners to deliver value proposition-
- Reporting on progress, challenges, and results on a regular basis to regional leadership as well as other key internal stakeholders and associated Channel Partners-
- Driving wallet and technology share, retention and incremental revenue growth within assigned accounts while building the sales funnel-
- Helping with foundational strategic account program and process development- Who you are and the experience you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in the industrial cutting/welding industry and 5+ years' experience in industrial or strategic sales-
- Experience managing commercial relationships at strategically valuable accounts-
- Consultative selling experience-
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills-
- Ability to navigate customer organizations and effectively build professional relationships with key stakeholder, decision makers and influencers-
- Ability to drill for information and build understanding of strategic accounts-
- Strong understanding of Hypertherm sales and channel strategies-
- Ability to articulate the distinctive value proposition (DVP) of all Hypertherm products and servicesHigh level proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft Office- Preferred experience to differentiate you:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)-
- Experience working with multinational companies- Location: Home Based preferably Brazil
- Travel: 50% travel required, primarily within Mexico and South America
