We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Analyst in Salto, Brazil, responsible for supporting and assisting the goals and objectives of the South American Regulatory Area. Execute the requirements of Arxada''s business units in South America. Support in complying with the company''s regional and international guidelines, as well as in obtaining and maintaining product registrations and licenses.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities
Prepare new registration dossiers or registration renewal dossiers. Obtain and keep updated the operating licenses with the competent authorities, meeting the established requirements and deadlines.
Prepare, create, and distribute information, updates, and notifications.
Obtain, summarize, and prepare technical, toxicological, ecotoxicological, and environmental data required for the development of dossiers to be submitted to regulatory agencies. Submit dossiers and reports to the relevant authorities (in paper and/or electronically) within established deadlines and perform continuous follow‑up.
Provide support to internal and external customer requests when preparing or requesting declarations, documents, and certificates.
Receive and monitor inspections from public agencies and propose actions/improvements when necessary.
Maintain labeling versions, SDSs, and risk assessments for authorized products from a regulatory standpoint, ensuring availability for the responsible areas.
Coordinate with external laboratories for tests/studies required for regulatory dossiers. Send samples and follow up on contracted studies. Manage locally performed studies, ensure availability to other areas, and store them properly.
Maintain contact with agencies, regulatory authorities, and laboratories. Participating in meetings of industry associations related to regulatory affairs.
Control expenses and payments related to the regulatory area.
Create and update internal documents and work procedures, keeping the quality schedule up to date
Train all involved areas on procedures and work instructions applicable to the company’s daily operations.
Prepare control maps for products regulated by the corresponding authorities and ensure proper storage control.
Prepare control maps for the importation, manufacturing, sale, and destruction of food additives, fertilizers, and wood preservatives, as well as their storage control.
Keep organized files of physical and electronic documents.
Act as an internal auditor.
Meet deadlines and payment requirements for reverse logistics in states where products with packaging are marketed. Control invoices, compensation reports, and recycling certificates
Guide other departments and support transportation classification within the company, invoice registration, sample shipments, and product labeling.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy or Veterinary.
Qualities & Attitude: Organized, Communicative and Proactive.
Advanced English mandatory – Intermediate Spanish
Excellent verbal communication skills.
