About the Role
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
Responsibilities
* Map HR processes to SuccessFactors functionality (e.G., hiring, onboarding, payroll triggers).
* Employee Central (EC): Foundation objects, workflows, business rules, position management.
* Recruiting Management (RCM): Job requisitions, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling.
* Payroll (SAP or 3rd party systems).
* SAP ERP/S4HANA (using Boomi, CPI, or Point-to-Point).
* Identity providers for SSO and provisioning.
* Use tools like Integration Center, Middleware (Boomi/CPI), and API tools.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Assist HR users in validating workflows, reports, and data migration results.
* Document test cases and expected outcomes.
* Collaborate with global HR, IT, and functional leads.
* Provide input for project planning, timelines, and resource needs.
* Participate in daily/weekly meetings, status reporting, and risk tracking.
Required Skills
3 - 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0
Recruiting Marketing is a must
Based in Brazil or Colombia
