Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
This position focuses on ensuring the quality of translated documents. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this role might be perfect for you.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will review translations to ensure they meet our client's standards. This is a fully remote position, with working hours during the training period being Monday - Friday 10:00PM - 6:00PM Brazil time. Once training is complete, working hours will change to Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM Brazil time.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is required for this role as you would be collaborating with and supporting team members internationally.
You will work closely with the Project Management Team to clarify project parameters and communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to reconcile any found errors. Additionally, you will implement process improvements using available technology solutions.
