Right now we are looking for a Performance Optimization Manager to join our team!


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Execute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.
* Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
* Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
* Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.


WHAT YOU BRING:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
* Proven experience in managing social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
* Knowledge of audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and bidding strategies in the context of paid social advertising.
* Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher);
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
