Agile Team Facilitator
The Agile Team Facilitator plays a pivotal role in driving transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels of an organization.
* Foster Collaboration: Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery to ensure seamless project execution.
* Remove Impediments: Swiftly address team roadblocks, enabling steady progress and high productivity through effective facilitation and coaching.
* Cultivate Agile Mindset: Coach teams in agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Drive Communication: Act as a trusted liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Scrum Master Certification: CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP certification is strongly preferred.
* Experience: 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments.
* Collaboration: Proven success facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
* Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
