Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
* Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
Requirements:
* 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail.

* A quiet, private workspace.
* Must be at least 21 years old.
Language Requirements:
* English mandatory.
* Portuguese mandatory.
