Scope of Work:
This is a technical support role for one of our clients in Jundia'i, São Paulo, Brazil. The selected candidate will provide on-site technical support covering IT infrastructure, networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Good communication skills with ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
