As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries. Your primary goal is to create and maintain a thriving community within the workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including administrative and support needs for customers.
* Create a welcoming environment by offering assistance with services such as WiFi codes, package delivery, and equipment setup.
* Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, such as networking sessions.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* A good communicator with 1+ years of customer service experience.
* Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
* Experienced and confident using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
* Able to communicate effectively in English (B1 or higher level).
