About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
* Leading client meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Taking ownership of client satisfaction by working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Providing support to media buyers by ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' success.
* Driving portfolio growth through strong client relationships and upselling opportunities.
* Ensuring client retention by delivering exceptional service and meeting client needs.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* +1 years of experience as an Account Manager in agencies, demonstrating customer satisfaction and experience working with at least 10 accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
