Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible, not only in your community but around the world.Role OverviewIn the role of Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:Directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out).Managing all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.Establishing and maintaining client relations, and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.Managing deliverable development in line with client and stakeholder requirements.Coordinating staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work efforts to stay within scope, budget, and schedule parameters.Collaborating with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.Implementing QA/QC procedures.Supervising project staff and mentoring less-experienced Project Managers and engineers.Performing other duties as needed.Preferred QualificationsPE license/certification.PMP certification.Experience in the Pennsylvania marketplace preferred.Previous PennDOT and/or PTC work experience with an A/E/C Engineering firm preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work with various teams, and strong project management skills.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum of 10 years related experience.At least 5 years of project management experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to our employee-owned culture and inclusive environment.Our Values and CommitmentHDR is our company.
