Key Accounts Sales Manager Role Summary:
This is a highly challenging and rewarding role for a seasoned sales professional to lead the growth of key accounts in Latin America.
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and establish long-term partnerships with major utilities, owners, developers, EPC, O&M customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product marketing strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least 5 years of experience and 2 years of direct sales experience in the PV and Wind energy-related business. They will also have a good understanding of the renewable energy industry in Latin America/Europe, a wide network of key players, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships
- Develop product marketing strategies and establish strategic partnerships
- Close deals and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Periodically visit key customers and communicate with HQ
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience and 2 years' direct sales experience in the PV and Wind energy-related business
- Familiarity with renewable energy industry in Latin America/Europe
- Wide network with key players in renewable energy industry
- Strong ability to build up customer relationships quickly
