Job Title: Agile Coach
As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating high-performing teams to achieve their goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to implement lean-agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate major project milestones (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) to ensure seamless execution.
* Manage the team's workload and calendar to maintain program-level cadence.
* Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration among teams.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
* Identify and resolve impediments and risks that hinder team progress.
* Elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Orient the flow of value across the organization.
* Aid in managing dependencies and architectural runway.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Navigate stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Bridge business strategy with technical execution.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Salesforce and JIRA.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven track record in agile coaching and facilitation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of software development methodologies.
