What You'll Do
* Management, leadership and development of the KA's sales team
* Implementation of brand and category strategies in the clients
* Great Execution at POS
* Create and develop the Joint Business Plan
* Managed volume/value sales and profitability for KA's
* Prepare and implement trade agreements
* Lead and manage CCT (Customer Care Team), involving the areas of Supply, Finance, Pricing and Trade Marketing
* Follow up and coach of merchandising team
* Global Leadership Team in Brazil with direct interface with the international transaction (USA and Europe)
* Pricing management
* P&L of customers
Projects You'll Work On
* RGM - Revenue Growth Management
* Negotiate Trade agreements
* Develop e-commerce and digital sales (1P, 2P and 3P)
* New sources of growth
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Marketing
* Post-graduation is desirable
* Advanced English level (written and spoken)
* Advanced Excel and Power Point
* Experience in similar positions at Consumer companies
* Experience in Trade MKT - plus
* People management expertise
* Financial skills
* E-commerce Knowledge - desirable
