We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM expert to lead our development team.
About the Role
* This is a senior-level position requiring extensive knowledge of ITOM modules and their integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement complex solutions using ServiceNow's ITOM features.
* Configure applications and integrations to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.
* Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, code versioning tools, and Agile principles.
* Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, and Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping are desirable.
