Responsibilities
Lead all marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients across growing markets.
Plan, execute and optimise email marketing and newsletter flows, building smart automations and analysing data to improve performance.
Own digital advertising efforts: create, run and evaluate campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging platforms, focusing on measurable impact.
Research new channels, tools and trends; test initiatives in a pilot city and scale successful tactics to additional destinations.
Develop case‑studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to attract new runners and corporate partners.
Collaborate directly with the founder, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
Maintain a fast‑moving, data‑driven approach, ensuring execution drives business growth.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and structured mindset with creative copy‑writing skills.
Experience with email marketing, automation and data analysis.
Proficiency in digital advertising on Meta and Google, with a willingness to experiment on new platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Fast mover who thrives in a remote, low‑meeting, deep‑work environment.
Drive to execute, collaborate and grow both the business and personal skills.
Benefits & Compensation
