FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-timeBusiness Development Manager in Brazil.


Role Overview:

FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil.
* Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
* Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
* Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.
* Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
* Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.


Candidate Profile :

* 3–5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry.
* Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
* Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services.
* Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.
* Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.


Will be considered as a plus:

* Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

* Interview with People Function member (30 - 45 min) to assess match to our culture
* Interview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectations
* Final interview with team members if necessary
