Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking a business growth strategist to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
Key Deliveries:
* Customer Success & Engagement:
o Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for users.
o Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
o Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Development:
o Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
o Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
o Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication:
o Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions.
o Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
o Represent at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/LEX).
o Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
