Exciting opportunities await you Join us in shaping our future—and yours.Role SummaryThe Finance Manager, Enterprise Functions – R&D FP&A, will provide essential financial planning and analysis support to the Chief Science Officer and sub-functional leaders within the R&D function. Managing a global budget of $400 million annually, this role will contribute to strategic decision-making and enhance Kenvue's reputation while empowering our workforce to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.What Will You Do? Management Presentations: Shape and deliver key management presentations in partnership with the Chief Science Officer and the R&D Leadership Team (RDLT).Business Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop the annual business plan and subsequent updates, ensuring that financial commitments are met across Kenvue.Strategic Insights: Create and communicate actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions across multiple initiatives.Collaboration: Build strong relationships and effectively connect with global business partners within a matrix organization.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Solid experience in finance or accounting.Demonstrated ability to assume leadership roles across various functions.Proficiency in analytical tools (MS Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint).Excellent conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement operational improvements, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Desired Qualifications: MBA and/or CPA, CMA qualifications.Prior FP&A experience.Prior people management experience.Strong background in business partnering and project management.Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a team environment.If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
