Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to join our team in Brazil. As a strategic liaison, you will require strong stakeholder management skills and leadership capabilities.
 * Act as primary point of contact between the client and our organization, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee performance of recruitment delivery team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data, identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We seek candidates with:
 * Minimum 5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.g., especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles).
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
