Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications that meet our business needs.
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
* Lead the full app lifecycle: concept, design, build, test, deploy, and release.
* Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve development practices.

Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience developing Android applications using Kotlin (Java is a plus).
* Proven experience shipping at least one high-quality Android app with a team.
* A solid understanding of software engineering principles and Android ecosystem constraints.
* Experience building scalable, reliable, and responsive mobile applications.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
