As our Brazilian BEO Lead you will be key team member of the Business Excellence Operation (BEO) team in the BSO organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of senior leaders and stakeholders in the business to support the achievement of critical business outcomes within the STU, CSU and ISD (Support and Consulting Organizations). This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rhythm of the business and comprehensive business review materials that span delivery, operations and sales teams. This role calls for a balance of leadership, influencing skills and delivering on individual goals. The Business Program Manager will provide the ISD, STU and CSU team with strategic thought leadership, framing and recommendations on organizational challenges, business planning leadership, quota and territory oversight, sales enablement, lead key strategic initiatives and facilitate business execution. Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Planning: - Develop and drive annual strategic priority planning process in partnership with the ISD, CSU and STU Leadership Team - Support year-over-year sales planning by providing data-driven recommendations. - Adapt and Implement sales model organization coming from LATAM AHQ. Ensure sales teams complete and smooth model adherence through support, coaching, and change management. Sales enablement/ operations: - Develop and execute organization’s rhythm of business. - Track progress and drive completion of actions across business in alignment with Leadership Team commitments and long-range financial plans - Drive preparation and achieve outcomes for business review meetings and sales updates. - Provide business insights and pipeline analysis to help the organization take data-driven decisions. - Ensure accurate pipeline forecast and funnel hygiene in our CRM tool. Compensation and Incentives: Ensure quality quota and territory design and assignment in alignment with Industry Solutions and Support strategy during planning phase. - Quota management: act as point of escalation for any potential quota issues, internal or external. Manage potential quota relief and retention cases. Be the Brazilian field advocate, to represent their voice when providing feedbacks to Microsoft LATAM AHQ on plan design. Qualifications: - Experience: 8 years of professional experience in Program/ Project Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Finance and/or business management. - Interpersonal skills: Highly collaborative, strong focus on problem solving and achieving results through a strong team approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and ability to work independently and under ambiguity. - Stakeholder Management:Experience leading/ navigating across large diverse teams in terms of roles and seniority is a critical skill for success - Disruptive Innovation:Comfortable challenging the status quo by proposing innovative approaches and believe the best way to dispute an approach is to suggest a different one. Realize that the best solutions are built with others, not in competition with them.
