Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a motivated Software Developer Intern to join our team and contribute to a major global transformation initiative: the implementation of IBM's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technologies, work alongside senior engineers, and learn how large-scale systems are designed, built, and deployed across IBM worldwide. * Support the development and configuration of IBM's CLM application; * Help build integrations, automation, and enhancements for a global implementation; * Participate in system validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities; * Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders across multiple countries; * Learn modern software development practices in a real-world, large-enterprise environment; Required technical and professional expertise Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology; Strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and development practices High technical curiosity, with interest in understanding how enterprise systems work end-to-end Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams English reading/writing skills to interact with documentation and international teammates Preferred technical and professional experience * Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) * Understanding of core software development concepts such as APIs, data structures, debugging, and version control (Git) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
