Job Overview
The Governance & New Demands Lead is responsible for managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
* New Demand Management: This role involves leading the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, aligning them with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Continuous Improvement: The lead will drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, collaborating with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Service Introduction & Handover to Operations: Ensuring smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between IT and business, this role ensures that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
* Process Standardization: Establishing and enforcing standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Performance & Reporting: Tracking and reporting on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
* Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
* Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
