Role Overview:As a Systems Analyst you will be the key link between sales, marketing, and market intelligence, supporting system-related processes across Latin America. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic insight to optimize marketing & sales performance.On a typical day, you will:Collaborate with the LA sales & marketing team to resolve system-related issues (CRM, BI, ERP) and coordinate with IT when needed.Collect, structure, and analyze internal and market data to identify trends and opportunities.Develop strategic dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.Promote a data-driven and analytical culture within the organization.Act as a liaison between business areas and market intelligence, ensuring alignment and actionable insights.Identify and recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.Experience with CRM, BI tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.English proficiency is a plus.Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.3-4 years of experienceApply NowBuild What´s Next
