Regulatory Research Analyst Job Summary
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in global trade regulations, legislative changes, and SAP GTS systems. They will be responsible for researching and tracking regulatory updates, analyzing new legislation, and providing accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor regulatory developments and maintain a high level of awareness regarding legislative changes across assigned countries.
* Track and analyze global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, and tariff updates.
* Interpret and document new or amended legislation with precision and clarity.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* Proficiency in English and one additional LATAM language (Spanish or Portuguese).
* At least 5 years of experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research.
* Working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems.
* Familiarity with international trade laws and frameworks, such as EAR, ITAR, EU Dual Use, WCO, etc.
