Automation Sales Professional
The Automation Sales Professional is responsible for driving business growth, fostering key client relationships and achieving sales objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in the company's future success in the offshore sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies tailored to automation within the maritime and offshore industries.
* Maintain strong lasting connections with key clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers and drive business expansion.
* Set and exceed sales targets contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration International Relations Production Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the maritime and offshore industry, preferably in sales supply chain or technical areas.
* In-depth knowledge of technical automation solutions for offshore platforms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
Key Attributes:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding sales targets.
* Experience working with OIC platform owners, shipowners, and shipyards is advantageous.
* Familiarity with CRM ERP systems international logistics import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is beneficial.
* Knowledge of procurement platforms like Petronect SAP Ariba Coupa, and Shipserv is an asset.
