 
        
        Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned technical talent acquisition specialist to source, screen and place top technical professionals in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.
 * Schedule initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
 * Develop strong pipelines of LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing their qualifications to job requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. They will also have a proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

 * Utilizing ATS systems to manage data accuracy and track recruiting metrics.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity and customer service focus. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
Key Qualifications

 * Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English language proficiency is required.
