Marketing Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
This role involves working closely with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop marketing materials.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized, schedule internal kickoff meetings, assign tasks, and set deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks completed on or before deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
