About the Role:
As a
Senior Procurement Analyst
, you'll play a key role in shaping our procurement strategies and ensuring operational excellence for
Leiturinha
. From sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to driving continuous improvement initiatives, you'll help us deliver cost-effective solutions while aligning with global objectives. This is your chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and approval of new suppliers (national and international).
* Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of suppliers, including logistics providers (truck, ocean, and air freight).
* Conduct price and terms negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
* Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed.
* Develop and execute supply strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
* Support the implementation of global processes, ensuring local compliance and operational efficiency.
* Oversee purchasing needs, service provider engagements, and contract renegotiations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor supplier performance and satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs are met.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supplier management activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Higher education degree completed.
* Proven experience in global sourcing and supply chain functions.
* Strong background in import/export operations, including customs, documentation, and compliance.
* Experience in supplier relationship and performance management, including negotiation and contracting.
* RFx management (Preparation / Launch / Analysis / Reporting).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* English proficiency (reading and writing)
; additional languages are a plus.
