Senior Sales Professional Opportunity
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion in assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales plan tailored to the needs of assigned accounts. Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs. Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and market intelligence. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all sales activities.
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in sales and account management within the life sciences industry.
* Strong understanding of molecular biology, genomics, and NGS technologies.
* BS degree in life science; advanced degree preferred.
* Background in CRM software implementation and management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Willingness to travel within Brazil as required. Fluency in English.
