Job Opportunity: Podcast Audio Editor
We are seeking a skilled Podcast Audio Editor to enhance the quality of our podcast episodes. In this role, you will be responsible for editing audio files, improving sound quality, implementing sound design, adding music, and ensuring overall quality control.
* Edit raw podcast audio into polished episodes with exceptional sound quality.
* Remove filler words, false starts, redundancies, and off-topic tangents from podcast recordings.
* Improve pacing, clarity, and flow without altering the speaker's voice or intent.
* Restructure sections when needed to clearly present answers to questions.
* Insert intro/outro, sponsor reads, disclaimers, or updates as required.
* Follow embedded audio notes and written instructions carefully.
* Deliver high-quality WAV/MP3 files on deadline.
* Produce short clips per episode for marketing purposes.
* Support multiple rounds of edits per episode when requested by clients.
